GIAC has a flash for the 991, and 991 S, which they have already cracked

Champion motorsport sells their flash , a package flash+exhaust for the 991 S.

I would expect they would do something similar. Hopefully Champion can confirm this.

 

Aston Martin said the same thing about their ECU, claiming it was "locked". Poppy****! the flash tables are all 32 bit Hi-Lo unencryptic floating point HEX. Now accessing the flash via the OBD port is a challenge. You need some inside knowledge to get the encryption seed generator. the ECU needs to receive the correct key sequence before the ECU will allow you to read or write the flash. luckily the algorythm is pure EEC6 Ford, hacked already by many companies.

 

Yes, we will have support soon for the 991 Turbo and Turbo S. All ECU's are encrypted, so this isn't anything new. As mentioned, we already have proprietary software for the 991 and 991S (others advertising software are flashing the PK file), in addition to the 958 Cayenne Turbo and Panamera Turbo. We will continue to offer great support for the Porsche model range.
