We will be calibrating a 91 octane map (95 RON) on California 91 octane, which is some of the worst you can get!

Excited to see what Champion has done/will do! Are you guys planning on using Tubi for the exhaust?

 

Yes, we use Tubi exclusively for our exhausts. We'll have both a street version (with 200 cell cats) and a race version (cat-less).

 

Thanks for the response. Any idea yet on how the sound in/outside the car would compare to the tubi on the 997 turbo? Not talking about a video clip, just to your ears(on the street version).

 

We haven't quite got one on the car yet. But based on my experience driving the car stock, I'd say that if anything it will be even quieter inside the car. The 991 interior is definitely a little more "isolated" then the 997.1 and .2.

As a matter of fact...

Some big updates are coming soon. But for now, here's a 60-130 one of our stock 991 Turbo (not the S). Shows 8.5 seconds, which isn't too bad from what I can tell. We weren't really out trying to do a good 60-130 run...it just happened that we were out playing with the car, and when we looked back at the V-Box data today, it happened to capture a 60-130 run..LOL.

I'll post up another teaser sometime this afternoon of some other cool stuff...
