Would you say the new 991TT Intercoolers are identical to the 997.2TT & GT2 RS coolers?

Reason is i was planning on upgrading the intercoolers on the 997.1 to the 997.2 but can get my hands on set of the newer 991tt intercoolers complete with pipes, brackets etc...

I know the newer 991tt intercoolers haven't been tested for performance or fitment but surely they'll be similar or superior in performance with the 997.2tt/gt2 rs coolers?

With reference to the fitment if you put the 991tt & 997.2tt intercoolers side by side is there only a slight difference?

If so i can imagine with some modification the 991 intercoolers can be made to fit the 997.1?

Any help on this would be appreciated

The 991TT intercoolers are a completely different size then the 997.1/.2. There is no way they will fit into a .1 or .2 car without serious modification.
