Techart VS GIAC
We'll as with any warranty it truly only shows how good it is when you need to make a claim, and how clever they are to try to wiggle out of it...
I was just wondering, maybe you can answer this...as giac supply through dealers/agents, if the dealer/agent goes out of business , what happens to the warranty.

Since we are the source of the performance packages, the responsibility for honoring any warranty claim falls on us, not our resellers. As long as we're around, so is our warranty.
Our warranty is offered in writing, here:

my bad i diidnt mean a new car, you what im talking about. Yes if I blow my engine up within the warranty period Porsche will replace my engine considering it's stock.
Can u provide me with a written statement that states your claim? Porsche warranty should be with all the booklets when the car is purchased. I'm not trying to bash you in any way. I always love techart products

So when your engine blows up within the 3 year Porsche warranty, Porsche give you a new car...no warranty would do that...replace just what's necessary ...
Techart warranty any component failure that can be linked or caused by the tune for 2 years to include all parts and labour.

Sorry don't understand your first sentence...
Don't really need to worry about the Porsche warranty...but if you are talking about the techart warranty...
