bummer about the leak. I am definitely waiting on hearing your results with the 93 and the 100 octane program. Seems your car has a lot of limitations?? I have noticed 0 leaks, my car makes plenty of traction (str8 line) running both the 93 and 100 programs....i have the europipie exhaust not fabspeed full set up- not sure if all that makes a large difference or negligible or not.
Maybe ill get one of those dashboard mounted devices that times the vehicle and play around myself....

I know, the boost leaks are annoying Jeff. I never had an issue on the street, but of course there is no stress test like 8 or 9/10 on the track, as you're at WOT for probably 7-10 mins of a session, and the leaks didn't declare themselves until the second session of each track day. Hard street driving including launch controls were perfectly fine. Of course a single session on the track is more WOT than the previous 6 months of street driving for me. I know others have tracked their TT(S) without issue, though, so mine must have a faulty intake connection.

Ok, was at Rennology yesterday to smoke test the car, and lo and behold, you pop the plastic shroud and the throttle body boot was obviously loose. They tightened it back up and did a test run and it was fine at 5-10psi but popped again at max boost. So they finagled with it a bit and adjusted the hose clamp to get a bit more coverage and it appears to be holding now, but are going to check into any TSBs on the part to see if there is an updated part, or if not order a new one as mine may be defective.

Am I the only one who can't access the GIAC webpage for the 991 Turbo and TurboS software upgrades? I keep getting the following message:

Warning: sort() expects parameter 1 to be array, null given in /home/giacusa2/public_html/products/software/display_submodel.php on line 215

I'm hoping they don't perform the coding for their website

I'm seeing the same error at the moment. We have more information on each upgrade with dyno plots on our site as well. Feel free to PM me if I can answer any specific questions.

991 Turbo
991 Turbo S
