Also ordered a 15 TTS and traded my R8 V10. New car is due in mid to end of October. The waiting begins. Love the R8, but time for a change.

 

Congrats Alan, you love the car now, and think the acceleration is close, just wait til you get it shifting gears at 7,000 rpm. Oh and the launch control, once you've done it once or twice, you'll see there is no comparison.

 

Alan after your posts I went out and test drove a 2011 V10 R8 6 speed with 6k on the odometer. It is such a fantastic car. Like you said they nailed that car from inception, but it is aging. I look forward to seeing the next generation. My decision to get the new Turbo was the fact it is is just a little sharper, has a warranty and as a daily driver would be more comfortable for me while being more incognito.
