I love walking a crotch rocket
1000cc sportbikes have been running 10s and high 9s for a long time now. I love my turbo, but it doesn't stand a chance until after 150. I bet your turbo could take a poorly ridden 600 or someone who wasn't expecting a race to the onramp. I've gone against a few turbos on my 1098S and it's not even close
Today's bikes are very fast - even 600cc's are running stout numbers.
All being equal, a stock 750cc or greater cc bike will put a smack down on many sports cars. Bikes are now capable of running high 10's; many of the larger cc bikes are now running into the 9's STOCK!

However, at rolling higher speeds, the game changes a little bit. Stock cars such as the 911 TTS/TT, Aventador/Gallardo and now Hurican, Z06/ZR1 and GTR are the very few stock cars that can sit next to a bike at a high speed (let's say 80mph), punch it and hang with the bike then begin to creep away.

But some bikes are just too much to mess with at just about any speed unless you have some well placed mods and can drive and the bikes are stock. Yes, they too can tune and add goodies. Bikes such as the: BMW S100RR, Suzuki new Hayabusa, Aprilia RSVA, Honda CBR S 1000RR, Kawasaki Ninja ZX 14R, Ducati 1199 Pinigale R, Yamaha YZF R1...can all run 0-60 times in the high to mid 2's and looow 10's to mid 9's in the 1/4 mile stock!

So you see my friends, be careful who you mess with. All stock and well driven vs. well ridden - my money is on the bike.
Imagine what this thing is capable of. Reportedly near 300hp... http://www.kawasaki.com/Products/2015-Ninja-h2
