Joined the TTS Group this week

So I get up Sunday morning and hop in the car ('14 C2S) and my TPS alarms go off. I have a slow leak in my tire. So the next morning I get up and refill the tire and wait a bit to see if it was going to go back down quickly. Stays right on 33lbs. So I drive to the dealership and discover I have a nail in the tire. I have the tire/wheel insurance so no big deal.

While I am waiting, I wonder around the dealership and look for my sales guy. He isn't there but they direct me towards another rep and I start innocently enough asking about lease rates and commenting about the coupe in the lobby that someone had optioned up to 223k. I made the mistake of commenting that I would be in real trouble if they had my specs in stock (white, glass roof, Burmeister, TTS). Sure enough, they had one in a storage lot....long story short. I took it home. While the C2S was an awesome car...the TTS is truly amazing....just amazing.

I will add a pic, while I don't really care for the shopping mall background...the sunset is nice.

Congrats on the purchase and please share some more photos, don't tease us!

I hope you have many happy miles with it as well!

Congrats, looks really nice in white. I pick up my TTS today. But unlike you mine goes right into the garage for a couple of months. I agree about the Burmester stereo one option I couldn't do without.

I really like the upgraded radio, going from Bose to Burmester, I can definitely tell a difference and like the upgrade. However, I will say that better bass can be had for less money under normal circumstances (like my son's mustang). However, for those wishing to keep from messing with their electrical system in a car like this, I definitely recommend it.

Did your tire insurance transfer? That is a $1300 add on IIRC from buying it last August. I used it the first week I had the car.

They filled out the paperwork for me to request the refund for the unused portion.

Great story, funny how things happen sometimes. A long while back I was shopping for sneakers and ended up buying a 540i 6 speed from the bmw dealer next door. Those were expensive shoes!
