I didn't do it when I got the headers because I thought the stock looked better with the bumper. These definitely do stand out but they sound better and open up the flow of the exhaust more than the stock tips. So I decided to go ahead and add them on.

Thanks everyone, I was really unsure about them and I got them because of the better flow. They are similar to the Dinan tips on my m5 exhaust which were much better than the stock ones. However, I really think Porsche did a good job on the styling here so I was reluctant to change this but with so many positive responses they must look better than I thought they would.

I am not unhappy with them myself.
