Fully installed and tested. Thank you SamboTT and Cobb for the time and effort at sorting out this beast! In the process I stumbled across a boost leak along with possibly sticking aftermarket DV's.
The car is now smooth and extremely POWERFUL! I can take the wife out to dinner in normal stock 991 turbo mode which is as tame as OEM stock. However, when I hit sport plus it's like Bruce turning into the Hulk. I get an absolute beast!
In addition to the full By Design Stage III, I went with exhaust headers. I was able to see the added benefit and the sound became even more throaty and aggressive. The TT now sounds like a high revving GT3 when running through the gears. Sam thoroughly explained the time and energy that went into each component of the stage III package. Everything from hardware to tuning.
The stage III off the shelf map gets dialed in specifically to each vehicle to ensure a vehicle specific custom tune if necessary.
The custom tuning can include specific variables to give the car the exact individual character desired.
I will not post numbers because its not important to this post. Just wanted to answer the messages and PMs.
I'm truly happy with the results!

Awesome Nigel! Once again I met another friend through this process. He's been a great guy to deal with and handled all of the hunts really well. Now you see how much goes into all of this and it makes it more appreciable having a 360 of all the mechanicals. Guys Nigel did all of the installation work himself. That is awesome.
As for the kit… Special thanks to Cobb and the boys for helping with the steep learning curve on this new platform. Mitch and Jon especially! Turbo Mike and Greg at IPD! Sean at SRM for working tirelessly to get these bad *** intercoolers put together! Felix and Christian at Kline Innovation, you guys have truly come up with an outstanding product that I'm proud to be a part of. Even guys who have high caliber systems and switch our amazed to a new level. The equal length manifolds perform flawlessly and make the system even more incredible sounding. Adding to the experience!

Got to love Amazon. I'm going to trying get out there too guys. It's been a while since I had the tarmac and also need to catch up with Armik and all of the serious metal he is bringing!
Some of these bigger events, the promoter should hire a company to live stream it. That would be awesome and I'm sure a lot of people would watch
It will be live on Periscope - search for Shift S3ctor. Tune in 9am PST Saturday and Sunday. It's beta so don't expect perfection because I believe it's from a cell phone. I don't know if they have a starting line or finish line camera or exactly what.
Pretty soon there will be something much better. i.e. NBC Drive network.
