So Cal Porsche service disappointment
I need some advice from my fellow So Cal porscheman. So far I am not happy with service I am getting on my Porsche.
Just few miles into my car I had clicking rotors. Unbearable on low speed turns. End up being defected carbon ceramic rotors that cost 5K each to replace. I took my car to Pasadena Rusnak and after 2 days they said I need to pick my car up and bring it back when they have a manager who can authorize the repair. No dealer ever told me this before. This is crazy! Anyways I took my car to Beverly Hills Porsche and they found the issue as being defected rotors and ordered and replaced them. Well I am happy until few weeks later my headlight control unit goes off. Well back to Beverly Hills Porsche. Car remains there for 4 days or so since part was ordered. I picked up my car and on the way back home my reverse camera is not working now and when I manually turn it on entire PCM is freezing on me. Well I am sure when they fixed headlight control unit they messed up my reverse camera. In my head I feel I am getting dragged into dealership slavery. I need Help!!!
What do you guys think I should do? Which So Cal dealer is the best and why so many issues with bullet proof Porsche????
Also now when I turn on my headlights they make Xerox noises. Can someone confirm if theirs is doing same? It goes down then makes 5 clicks almost feels like it is trying to do something but unsuccessful then headlights come back up.

I have truly enjoyed every minute in this car.

I bought from Rusnak while out on a business trip. I popped in and bought the car on the spot and had it shipped back. The sales guy was terrible but thankfully the finance manager Perry Dong helped get the car here smoothly. They discount heavily otherwise I would never do another transaction with those folks.

I strongly reccomend Monoco Motors. When I lived in Sothern CA, I had two 911's service there. They are experts, honest, and friendly.

Sorry to hear about your bad luck. If you would like to give me a call on Monday maybe I can help you find somewhere to take it. I know if you Formans and service writers at all the dealers around here.

Finally got a dealer to go to. I ended up going to Autogallery Porsche in Woodland Hills.
All issues solved and best part they gave me Panamera Turbo S as a loaner.

Walter's is who I use and they are fairly mod friendly. GM is very involved in our PCA and he even recommends BBI and GMG for the mods. I think if you went crazy, good luck with any dealer.
