Hi, guys. I just bought my baby in China last month.
I'm thinking to make some upgrades on it since I probably gonna track with it for fun.
1. tune it with GIAC or COBB. Any suggestions on both of them?
2. fabspeed Supersport X-Pipe Exhaust System. Anybody using it?
3. Champion motosport intercoolers. Is it important?

Anybody can give me some ideas?

Have Fabspeed Exhaust but change it to Kline System, more quieter and no drone... Hope this help.

I'd start by using the search function. Check out the endless exhaust threads. I would then start by reading SDG's thread on upgrades. It is comprehensive.

1) Cobb from a good tuner. RobTuned is good. Heard good things from Dzenan at Pro Tuning Freaks as well.

2) Fukk tuner shop made BS exhausts that try to charge crazy prices - the ones that are made by some fabricator in house. Get Akraprovic for the best, period. Or get Capristo, Kline. Those are the guys with their own factories/fabs for exhausts. Akrapovic for the best of the best. If you have ever seen one in person or held one or installed one, you will know what quality is. Akrapovic is like Rolex. And if you buy some in house tuner shop exhaust, they make it themselves and try to charge almost as much as the Rolex if you know what I mean.

3) I'd wait for AMS ones.

If you have got the cash$$$, AKRAPOVIC exhaust is the only way to go!! It was not available when I bought my Tubi race exhaust, which is also a great option.

Cobb, they send you the AP and programming your car couldn't be easier. You will have to use OTS maps but once you make the other decisions they can tweak the tune for your config and send you the file in an email. If you are tracking the ICs are a good option but you need an exhaust system and in China you probably have to keep your cats, I hear the air quality is bad there.

 

Kline exhaust system and if you have cash choose inconel material , or akrapovic exhaust system if you like their exhaust tips

Cobb would be easier to install and load maps
