I, personally, don't care for the look at all. Looks like I got some fence/wire at Home Depot to do it. Also did they screw it into the bumper? Looks like a philip head in one of the pics. Would have been better if they could have found another way to attach it or atleast attach it without the screws being so visible. I like the idea behind it of keeping all the junk out of there. I'm sure others will like it as well just not for me.
Ok, respect your comment but IMHO is a well design mesh, I don't know how exacly it's attach because my tech install them... Order it here, very respectable company
Nice upgrade. I remember doing this on my NSX years ago and on that car it was an issue because it was supercharged and the intercooler was so small. Temps rose. But on these cars I won't be in issue. Protection will be nice
The mesh works. Every month I would take a leak blower to my rear bumper I/C vents to blow all the accumulated trash out of my intercoolers. For those who don't that try it - you'll be shocked at the amount of crap that builds up in there.
It is well worth doing. I understand the look may be subjective but Porsche should have done this from the factory. Before Rennline came up with the grilles for the Turbo there are a few DYI's that work as well with 6 bucks of gutter guard from Lowes. It also takes time so I get the Rennline solution. For anyone who does the airstrip runs even more so. I know...It cost me 1600 bucks for the first center radiator alone.
Web it looks good and will certainly help protect the radiators.
Love the look, Web. I just ordered it also. Can't wait to get it installed.
Quick question...can you post a picture of the entire front to see the complete look? Thanks!
