Interesting thread. I wish I had vbox data on my car. But my vbox sport does not work. Maybe I need the external antenna

As far as the major events like ShiftSector, Wannagofast, Slipstream, Tx2K, NoFlyZone I do trust that the organizers are doing their best to get the timing accurate.

Here are my rules and or standards; a la Chicago street racing style:
GRAB A LANE!!!


1/2 mile and 1 mile racing events are fun. I had my share of those back during my Gallardo days, but I much prefer 1/4 mile racing.


I don't rely on any VBox bull crap, I use my time slips to tell me what's the dealio.


If it were up to me, I would do this: mark off a legit starting line [point A] and finish line [point B] - 1/2 or 1 mile distance. Whomever gets from point A to point B the fastest/first wins...DONE!!!


How hard can that be, who needs a freaking VBox??? I mean, didn't folks race before the Vbox was created? This entire VBox BS is petty. Dayum...

Wow ,hoping & assuming some of you guys will be at the Shift Sector 1/2 mile event this weekend & breaking some more records ,it's always fun at these events hanging out watching everyone run.
