Turbo S sunroof fetich
Then maybe you should consider losing another 30 lbs if you're so disappointed! 30 LBS is 1/30th of second in the 1/4!! LOL
Time to chill...no need to get upset - it's all good. Just a couple of posters having a friendly discussion over the pro's and cons' of a sunroof is all.

I got mine without the glass sunroof. I think here in Oregon, few of the Turbos actually have the glass roof.
I don't think I've seen any with no sunroof at all, but after all the squeeks and rattles I've experienced with mine (its the main reason my car has been back to the dealer), I wouldn't look down on a car without any sunroof at all.

Hi dear friends of the forum.
Since I am poor and I can't afford a new car (actually I can but I can't lose 100k in 2 years) I have to pick whatever is in the market.
And all the TS have the glass sun roof.
My question is, if you buy such a performance oriented car why would you put 40kg in the worst place possible, the highest point on the car??!!
I mean look at the magazines and YouTube videos, whenever Porsche gives a TS for a review its always without sunroof and active cruise control. Why do new car buyers need such a silly option??
I asked my dealer if he never sold a TS without sunroof and he said no. When I pointed the fact of the weight and crapier dynamics he just replied that the usual customers are in their fifties and don't track their cars so Sunday drives with the sunroof open are what they want. He also told me about the better resale value with the sunroof.
I was so disappointed....
So dear friends of the forum, please explain to me why do you choose to put a sunroof in your TS's?
Thank you for the feedback 😉
