Going to the track tomorrow here in Houston for the lamborghini festival, want to mess with some bulls

Anyone have any tips for me?

I have IPD Y pipe and plenum, BMC filters, cat delete, and cobb stage 2 tune.
Pilot sport cup 2 tires


Also, does turning traction off or lowering the spoiler have any noticeable effect on the 1/4

So true. It'll be a slaughter unless there's something unusual.

You have all the goods to lay waste to the bulls, especially at launch.

The Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires are a really solid sidewall, so you may have some challenges with spinning at launch if you dont find a great pad.

As Nanook said, definitely avoid the water.

barely edged out a 675 LT, that thing was fast as hell



Basically my launch killed everything and nothing could catch up much thereafter

Congrats on the wins! What did you think of the track? I've been to Hennessey's track a few times in Sealy and have heard Royal Purple is faster.

 

Royal Purple isnt bad, but I wasn't exactly ecstatic with my results. Granted the 488 was running consistent high 11s, and that is a 10 second car itself.


Going to look into doing meth injection next and perhaps inter coolers, as per recommendation of Sam.

Hennesey's track is a lot closer (Im in katy as well), so I may just go there and try that out. Maybe us Houston guys can get a day together to go out there.

 

My car ran 10.3s at royal purple at Tx2K. We had a pretty good DA that day
