My 991 TTS Champion Turbo Upgrade Thread -- RedGutz Gets 68mm VTGs
Thank!
Stage 2+ wheel HP number was 566 on 93 octane. I posted the Dyno graph here at the time.
Fuel run is a two day rally from Los Angeles to Las Vegas run by the people who run goldrush rally and is between February 24 and the 26.
Starts off with a dinner on the 24th and a midnight run to fromVegas on the 24th and then exotic car dragracing all day at Las Vegas motor Speedway on the 25th followed by a night club party on the 25th. On the 26th a bunch of us will rally back to LA. If you're interested send me a PM and I'll shoot you a link. Longboarder is probably going. As you know rallying is my first love.

Well it looks like Champion/Giac found some more hp from what they were originally quoting, you got a 50whp bump with the turbos in stock housings really good that's a big deal.

The bump is 44 wheel horsepower which is good. There's not much more to be gained with the stock housing without additional mods like meth. They could probably push things and turn it up a little more but I don't want it beyond where it is now. It's enough power and far enough away from the PDK limit that I'm not gonna be worrying every time I go to Max power on race gas.
Thank!

Here are the final dyno graphs. The car did many Dyno pulls some of which were lower and some of which were higher.
I'm putting up the curves that are in the middle and the most representative of the actual average power. 93 octane is 607 wheel horse power and 600 lbs ft wheel torque and MS 109 is 655 wheel horsepower and 641 lbs ft wheel torque.
The car is tuned exactly as I wanted. A good power boost but nothing that's going close to pushing the limits of anything. This car will never be a record breaker but that's OK. I wanted to get some more power while not going close to power levels that might compromise my ability to use it as a rally car or a daily driver
