The Chevelle did better than I thought it would.

Owning both cars this is no surprise, my LS6 Chevelle is really fast. for a 50 year old car, my Porsche makes it REALLY show it's age

Precisely why I sold my very nicely built '63 Nova. Fun it was but sketchy at speed, compared to a modern car...not to mention it often wasn't running right or crap was always breaking.

If you're gonna do an old car, LS swap is the way to go.
