991.1 TTS AWE vs CSF Intercoolers Recommendations

Hello team,
Good day.
I know it might be a repeated question, but I'm about to upgrade the OEM intercoolers to one of the subjected (AWE or CSF),
What do you recommend?

Below is the purpose of the car and current mods,
- FabSpeed Exhaust (Catless/Bypass)
- FabSpeed Headers
- IPD
- Ypipe
- CSF Radiators
- Meth kit
I do GT/Circuit racing more than drags (drag nights just for fun) with plans to upgrade the stock turbos in the future to put more power to the ground.

Having both CSF and Sam’s bydesign intercoolers side by side, the build quality and design was a lot better in Sam’s units.
The CSF units looked more restricted.

I've had the CSF intercoolers for about a year now without any issue and good performance. I think you'll get the most factual answer from a tuner as far as real world intake temps and performance. With that said, ease of installing (if you're going to DIY) the CSF are pretty easy to do so. Fitment was spot on. The hardest thing was measuring and cutting the shrouds to fit perfectly. Have you also looked into the DO88 big pack kit?

thanks for the feedback,
may i ask you the meaning of looking more restricted?
is just the overall looking or you run DYNO compared tests?

by the way, where I live, the ambient is 40-45c, so top-grade intercooler is my target.

CSF requires some plastic modifications on the shroud to get it fit, however, Do88, AMS Alpha, and AWE are coming with Carbon Fiber Shrouds.

so, considering the above, what is the best from Performance and Heat management as doing 10 laps in hot weather is a bing challenge that requires top grade intercooler.

SRM (Bydesign) is what I have and they are VERY nice. The billet end tanks are a work of art. DO88 big pack or the SRM are my top picks.
