PDCC with 19 inch wheels/tires

I just ordered a CS with PDCC and was wondering if it will work with 19 inch wheel/tire combinations for my winter set (say from a base 991)? Will PDCC work correctly with this setup?

I was told at my dealer show by a tech that you can't get the PDCC with the Base car because it would not fit with the 19 " tires. Not sure how true it is. Just passing it along.

I'm surprised that the PDCC would lead to anything being larger in the wheel area.

Are you sure he didn't think that you meant the PCCB ceramic brakes? That would make some sense with regard to the system fitting on smaller wheels.

Porsche has too many similar acronyms.

Nope....I was talking about the PDCC and PTV specially with the 19" wheels of the base car. He was explaining how they worked to me I was hoping he had some insight as to whether it would ever be offered in the non-S. he said no due to tire size. I'm not sure I agree with this and in the future hope to see the PDCC as an option in the base car.

Your welcome. Let's hope he was mistaken. A base car with PDCC and PTV is all many would need to have some serious fun.
