Also a short video to kill time until the big day
Maybe call PCNA directly... and let your dealer know that you have.
It is amazing to what degree that changes the dealers disposition towards you...
The first thing PCNA will ask is what dealer and sales person your going through... the 2nd question is why are they not meeting your needs...
Nobody cares until their lack of invested interest is brought to light to someone at PCNA who does... and effectively all your doing is going up the ladder to try and get some answers your dealer is obviously to busy to answer... until they're not!
Don't take no for an answer!

Fester, I would guess that the vessel your baby is on is Nippon Highway ETA Houston on 1/2, so you should be able to take your first ride before 1/20

My favorite video of this series so far, thanks for posting!
Let us know when you find out.
Good luck!
Hadn't seen this one, thanks for posting up!
Here's another shot I came across of the C4S with lights on... it's so cool, I can't wait to spend hours staring at it!
Thanks Sid. I have been thinking about it. These sales guys are ok in general - seems like its Porsche who's dragging their feet. The car has been in the factory for almost 10 days, missed west coast bound ship zenith leader (after 5 days of production completion)..not sure why it was delayed. I'll call PCNA today to understand...

Good luck!

Good stuff!!
The last shot with the wider hips really shows that the C4S needs some serious spacers to move those wheels out... damn they are recessed!
OK a question to all you guys... I know I'm going a bit crazy here but I'm very seriously considering swapping the stock Pirelli's (hate Pirelli!) for some larger Michelin Pilot Super Sports.
Here the hitch, MPSS do not come in 305's... I was planning to put some 325 but they don't have those either soooooo 335's it is.
It has a 9mm higher side wall, has 15mm extra on inside and outside and comes to 2.6% difference with the stock 305's so it falls well within the 4% limitation of maximum increase.
Speedo and ECU would not be effected because of this but also because I'd run the tires at comfort pressure so the rpm's come to about the same as 305's with performance presure.
In order to balance the front and back I'd run 265/35 upfront and the 335/30 in the back...
Cool or crazy!?
this pic is off the MPSS on an 11" rim... personally I love it!!

but maybe ur taste is more aggressive than mine
Also a little (counter intuitive) info... the C4 has a wider track (by7mm or something like that) than the C4S... go figure!!!

But thanks for being "gentle" in your response to my crazy sized tire hehehe

I know I'm nuts... and I'm strangely comfortable with that...

I agree with MPSS 100% .. but I'll wait for mines to run out. I know Tire Rack sponsor (don't recall the name) guy told someone to PM him(here or Rennlist?) on 305s MPSS..I think those are coming soon!
Hmmm strange, I just added the thumbnail pics.
But let me add it in this post as well... hope your sitting down because... well... it's freaking huge!

Regarding the Blue C4S .. the same thing as i said before ... it could be that the car has only PASM and no OEM wheel spacers

umm .. not sure what u mean ...as far as i know the C4S takes 305 wheels vs 295 for C4.. and they both have the same wheelbase .. so can u clarify what u meant by the C4 having a "wider track"

If you click on the Technical Specifications of both models you'll see under "Chassis";
C4S Rear axle - enlarged by 36mm
C4 Rear axle - enlarged by 42mm
Now both have a wider "body" of 44mm per side but the actual track width of the C4 is wider than the C4S.
I first read this in some reviews and didn't believe it... so I checked and there it was, go figure.

Anyway nothing some spacer (or a crazy wide tire
) won't fix.
