my dealor has for some reason got the only manual tranny 991's around. they built a great Red on black leather that caught my eye. much simpler than i would ever build but it has most of the essentials - will get them to swap out some sport seats for the base seats if they go. - offered straight trade of my turbo for this one - i only have 8k km (5k miles)

Downtown or Pfaff? I saw that inventories are flooded with PDK cars and I know for a fact they are not moving them like they thought they would. It sounds like a decent deal and something to have great fun! I would got for that build, has all the essentials - can't wait to hear driving dynamics etc.
i offered a straight trade of my turbo for theirs - not sure if they will go for it.
they would be giving me mid-way between wholesale and retail for mine.
not TO dealors - Mark motors in Ottawa

they came back with a killer deal - trying to swap out the standard seat for some sport seats.
it will be very hard to give up the adaptive sport seat now that i have enjoyed them with the turbo

If there was PSM it would've been nicer, but it looks pretty good build. The best thing I love about it is the manual tranny. how did you like to clutch? firm? soft? your options looks pretty similar to mine. i just ordered today but I think i'm gonna go for manual as well

But sice he's got sport chrono the car also has Spasm... and a 20mm lower ride height.
@ Cpa4S Congrats!
On the U.S. option list for the S, Pasm Sport (SPASM) is not part of Sport Chrono. It is option number 030 and costs $890.

$890,- damn that's a good price... never thought I'd be saying that when it comes to P. prices

Cheers!
Go for it, I have had some great experiences with Mark Motors in the past - almost bought my Cayenne from there. I have yet tosee one 991 on the streets here in Toronto -will poke my dealer to see if they are moving any stock at all.

Around the NYC metro region there are a lot of 991's sitting on the lots. There are at least eight 7-speed manuals. I'm surprised at the scale of the inventory. Dealers stated "great interest and selling well" when I tested the 991s in early Feb.
Is there a stall due to the economy ? Or the entry cost ? I was surprised when I tried a build to match mine and found the base up by + $6k.

At which NYC area dealers have you seen manual 991s? I would love to go take a look. I didn't think anyone had them in yet.
Thanks.
