After an agonizing wait, my dream car finally arrived. Despite attempting to adhere to the break in recommendations (I admit I have failed a few times), the vehicle has exceeded all expectations. I am coming from a Z4 so there really is no comparison to be made, but I will be posting some impressions re: the ordering process (specifically, the surprisingly non-existent, customer accessible production/shipping/etc. tracking - come on Porsche. . . Domino’s lets you track a $6 pizza!?!?) and some general thoughts about the car. Until then, I will say the option I agonized over the most (PSE - since it offered no performance improvement), has turned out to be my favorite. Attached are a few iPhone pics.

Congrats, great car and glad you went with the PSE. I was just in Dallas visiting my buddy with his modified Z06. Dallas is such a better town to have such a car, there is so many opportunities and areas with no traffic or cops to run the car right. We got into 4 random races on the freeway over a 2 day period with other comparable cars.

 

I like it...of course it is virtually identical to mine except yours is a cab . The cab looks great. I completely agree on the PSE - surprisingly it is one of my top 3 options! Enjoy.

Congrats! Great looking car and I love the black wheels. You are also right about not being able to track the order. I get my car this Friday and had to call for updates. Guess it gives the sales people something to do?
