PDK in Alcantara

Hi,

Just got it from Suncoast, did the change in 3 mins. Love it, look and feel exclusive. It is really enhanced my driving experience by touching it.

1) Put PDK in "N" position
2) Wrap around the bottom part of PDK with foam tape
3) Use wrench no. 27 to turn the bottom part of PDK in "counter-clock wise" direction then simply pull up the lever.
4) Put new one, then reverse the process.

Nice! I'm thinking of getting a 991S in carrera white with full black interior with guards red deviated stitching and an alcantara pdk. looks nice! hope it "holds up" well too.

Where do you live? I didn't see that option here in the US?

I painted my rear center tray in White, give a contrast to the red leather interior. I might upholstery it with Alcantara in the future.

Hi there is no option for seat belt cover in Alcantara, so I just asked my local shop to do it. Very easy and it costs me only 40 bucks.

Hi, thanks. Another personalized option is DIY rear wiper plug, no time to paint it yet but it works great and no water leakage so far.

A weight's drop of 1.8 kg in the ***.

In some ways I'm glad my car dosen't have a lot of options except for the neccessary ones like PDK, chronograph etc. That way I know my S is as light as its going to get.
