Two-interior with carbon?

Looks sharp in the Porsche configuration - anyone seen this in person?

MASHAT over at Rennlist ordered a 991 with carbon fiber steering & other CF options, but with a 'Carrera Red' interior!

Saludos,

I have the same leather interior and love it with a black car. I like the look of carbon but would not use it on the steering wheel. The leather just feels so much better than carbon IMO.

I have the same interior with agate gray exterior. One thing that you cannot see in your photo is the fabulous contrasting stitching on the dash and doors.

I agree about the leather wheel...it feels great plus the carbon is too slick, slippery.

I have triple black with carbon interior. I love it. Steering wheel is great. It looks great, not sticky and is not too hot. It really makes the look complete.

That looks nice. Is it agate/pebble, or platinum/black?

Looks awesome, but I definitely would consider the sport wheel w paddles instead of the multifunction, it's thicker and feels more robust

I guess I am stuck between carbon or just sticking with aluminum that it comes with - adding only the aluminum PDK shifter. clearly aluminum would be the cheaper option.

I think the CF with the two-tone will look great!....I have it ordered with a full black interior even though I have not seen it in person. To me, the silver strips on the dash are too wide compared to the 997 and looks a bit "in-your-face". The carbon that I have seen in other color interiors looks great.

I did not order the steering wheel in CF as I like the look and feel of all leather on the wheel, but that is an individual taste item.

I guess I will rain on this parade.....I love the multi function wheel! I have Burmester and use the wheel to control volume and input all the time. Add phone control and paddle shifters it's a no brainier IMO!

It's what I ordered also. I thought about it a long time and went with the MF wheel because of all the features it offered with the new NAV and I will have Burmester also, so I guess you can say I'm in to tunes a bit.

Paddles are cool, but once you get used to the thumb buttons, they are pretty neat also and work very well.

I didn't find the two wheels "feel" any different at all.

Here is my Boxster with Agate Grey/ Pebble Grey and Aluminum. I think the Aluminum is a nice divider. The carbon may be too dark for my tastes.
