I'm not too keen on the clear glass as I think it blingy.

Your spec is lovely but I noticed no Sport Exhaust... reason?

 

+1 on the Clear Glass. Don't care for the look. I've never seen it in person, but you can see it on the 3D Configurator.

I'm also a Fan of Sports Exhaust

 

Someone posted a pic here or on Rennlist showing clears on a blue 991. To each his own.

 

In my humble opinion, I would lose the Burmester (not worth it) and clear glass lights do seem to cheapen the look of the car.

Instead, I'd add the sport exhaust and those ventilated seats which are an absolute necessity.

 

I love the Burmester sound system. I'm curious to hear what you don't like about it. I think if you are going to listen to fm radio and compressed mp3s, it may not be worth the cost. On the other hand, cd's and dvd-audio sound awesome compared to the Bose. As with any high-end system, it needs time to break-in IMO. PSE and Burmester don't work together very well. I either listen to the exhuast note or the Burmester but not both...it defeats the purpose.

 

It's not that I don't like it, but for such a small confined space coupled with a highly tuned engine, I'd spend the $5k elsewhere such as on PSE.

I would rather listen to the engine and have Marillion playing in the background, than having it the other way around...

Imo the clear tails lights look horrible.

Thanks for the input. Wow those clear tail lights are fugly never understood how people would want them anyways yea I'm going to pass on them. Thanks For the picture. I left out the Porsche sports exhaust out so that I can buy the IPE exhaust system. The Burt's a must especially since I'm not going with a cab! The way I figure it if you have to take up the weight might as well take up the weight with the best components out there. . Tried going for the black on white look instead this time. The lighter colors should make the interior look bigger of the car.

 

ugly!!! I ordered the clear lights, my order is locked any changes will delay my car my estimated delivery is Feb/2013, cant wait any longer...
or maybe they will look better on red < trying to convince myself

 

Tint them, should look alot better than the standard lights on a red car.
