Congrats. Same here, sold my 997s a long time ago, just got back to 991s last month. Big different between the two.

agree.. it is a much better daily drive while the handling is better than i remembered. my wife never like riding in my 996 or 997. but last night she commented the ride as smooth! not sure that is good or bad!

I think it is a great thing, maybe I am getting old. I am just not interested to have my all my tooth loosen after a ride, commute or spirited drive

I have sunshine kids radian which are thin but tall. I took out seat cushion, then seat backs to gain more room. But eventually put everything back so the car seat can be tied down better.

Trovan,

It looks like we are living parallel lives......... Firstly congrats on the additions to your family, I bet they have brought more pleasure in the last 5 years than any 911 ever will.......

I bet getting back into the drivers seat put an immense smile on your face, I know it did with me when I took it for a test drive back in March last year. Definitely looking forward to my delivery as well (nearly 7 years after getting rid of my 996). Enjoy your new car and continue enjoying your young family with the new car. I know my two little girls are in love with the car that has no roof (they don't know the car is coming yet) ............

Regards
Arthur

Congrats on the car and kids! Quick question do the sunshine radian seats fit the 991 in the rear facing position? If so, how much room is left in the front passenger seat?

Thanks!

CONGRATS!! I too traded an SUV (X5M) to my '13 C2S. My kids are now 6 and 8. I went with the Bubble Bum Booster Seats, which I learned about through a 6Speed 991 thread.
