C4 Cab build -Please review and advice :)

I test drove the c4s coupe with PSE and Burmester to finalize my build, also drove c2 cab with Bose etc

My observation:

1) Seats: Although I liked the Adaptive seats in my 07 cayman S, the Adaptives in 911c4s felt too restrictive for me, not sure why as i am physically the same , I liked the 14 way sport seats much better and will get them instead

2) PSE: Awesome, no question about it , getting it , even when roof closed it sounds great due to sound symposer i guess and with conv. top down it will be even more awesome . I also heard the PSE in Boxster with top up but top up it sounds better in 911 prolly due to piping of the sound into the cabin

3) Burmester: Yes it is better and clearer than Bose or my HK in Bmw 535 but when I listened back to back I was very satisified with the bose so not getting Burmester. I also listened to radio, satellite etc where burmester cannot be taken advantage of. Also I do not want the MRM on a lease to be way high where Burmester cannot be residualized , did i say I loved the PSE

4) C4 drives as good as c2 , has little more steering feel and is more grippier in wet conditions. I like the graph that shows how the torque is distributed front and back

5) Sport Chrono: Sport plus is awesome and i felt the steering wheel with paddles has a more tactile feel

SO getting the above plus
black on black- triple black c4 cab, Model delete, pdk with sport chrono, crests on headrests,PSE, 14 way seats , Bose, Premium package plus, Sport design steering wheel, parking sensors, Model designation 911, Red seat belts, sport chrono in guards red

Not sure if folding mirrors are worth it? Any feedback will be appreciated on my options - Thx all in advance

Great build, I went for the C4S coupe black on black. I decided to go with MT and deviated stitching in red - I didn't go for full leather so my stitching options are less but that also translates to less price. My only thought since ordering has been the sport chrono dial red or not, I decided not but I have seen great examples.

'Not sure if folding mirrors are worth it? '

Why not? It's one of the things that are most at risk in a parking lot. You can have them slide up and down when turning the car off/on. It may be a tad bit expensive for sliding mirrors, but you did go for the C4S not a base Boxter, right?

You've gone this far. Trust me, it's always easier to say I'm glad I did this or that, than to have it retrofit or say 'I coulda...'

The Devil in my head kept saying the same thing as I placed my order.

Looks like a beautiful build... haven't check the options since I bought mine but I can tell you I find the PSE & sport + modes are the options I use most !!

I went with the same only leather seats, had to compromise. So for the stitching I went with red stitching on black seats (front and back). Also went for the stitching on the doors (handle and arm rest). The total is about $1.1k for the seats and $700 for the doors. Not cheap but I think it will be a great touch to the interior. Don't forget to do the seatbelts. I would liked to have included the red dials but I had to compromise, no regrets though.

I don't have pictures because my order is in with a build date of 3/15 but another 6speeder kindly uploaded some pictures and here is one:

I think it looks fantastic!
