I'm really digging their Tourismo wheels. Like a cross between original Fuchs and the Techno wheels.

I have one set of Victor Innsbruck's in 20" (street and wet track) and one set in 19" (track with R compound tires). I also have 18" on a GTI.
No issues after more than one year. Got a crack in one of the rims and was replaced under warranty without any discussion.

Thanks for the feedback.

I'm itching for another set of wheels. Can't say I dislike what I have. I just seem to have a desire for another. I guess it's how a woman feels about shoes, but not as obsessive.

Black991S is infamous around these parts
I had the exact same wheels in 19" on my old cayman back in 09. Not bad but definitely not as strong as I thought (2 cracked)

Wow guys, you got me completely freaked out about Victor's, especially the Innsbrucks that I use exclusively on the track

A broken rim is not something completely unusual, the question is to know if there is an actual design or manufacturing flaw with TSW/Victor wheels. Not sure I want to find out though as I can think about a few track sections where you are driving at very high speed just a few yards away from a concrete wall.

One should not jump to conclusions, but based on this, on top of the broken spoke I experienced myself, I would probably stray away from Victor's if I was shopping for rims today. Quite a different opinion from what I posted yesterday, but there are car components where you do not want to take risks...

Most wheel manufacturers don't post their prices. Looking around I came across various Victors for about $600 apiece. Following the adage 'you get what you pay for', the Victors are fairly inexpensive compared to many others' wheels that are about $1k+ each.

That just supports the theory. I'm not really looking for the cheapest unless it really is that good. But I find that the cheaper a product is compared to another, usually the higher priced item is a better quality item.

I'm going to keep looking there are some nice ADVa and HREs that I like too.

Thanks all
