Both ATL dealers are now showing substantial price reductions on their websites for 2013 991 inventories. In some cases $10K+. May be the time to upgrade.

 

I'm not sure about the 13's but I just picked up a 14 c4s at 6.5% off msrp

 

Rusnak in Pasadena was eager to get rid of their 2013 inventory... and that was back in August. I'm sure you can land some amazing deals on remaining models. For reference, they were offering almost $10,000 off a floor model C2S (Agate, PDK, S-PASM, Burmeister, etc.).

A little OT, but I received 20K off a new 2013 CTT this month. Dealers should be willing to move leftover 13's.

20K? Wow. For what it's worth, I got 16K off an MSRP of 131K for a 2013 C4S in September.

 

20K or 16K? aren't they giving it to you at cost?

 

for reference I scored $21k off MSRP on a loaded 2012.5 C2S last December. Winter is great time to pick one up, but if you have a trade-in you may be hammered on that end.

 

i visited a local dealer to pick a 2013 4s that he have for a year. All what he gave me was 12k off a 13 as he claimed there is no money from factory. though he said , he can give me 9 % off an order on 14. To me a 13 has to be at least 10-15 % lower than a 14 price to make any sense. so on 130 k 2013 , I think discount should be in the order of at least 25 k. am i expecting too much ?????

 

Dealer makes 10% on the MSRP and gets 10K of trunk money from Porsche to move end of the year models.

20K is the max you'll get because otherwise they'd sell at cost or lose money

 

and salesmen always tell the truth of course

 

So where is your math there? 15% lower (which was your max) on a 130k isn't 25k. It's 19.5k
