Met someone who claimed to know him well enough to mention that he had a previous 911 . He only had this new car two weeks from what I was told . He was liked and respected .

He chose a road filled with construction and revisions to open up his new car with awful consequences . It's tragic .

I don't know why this thread took a turn into how awful the drivers are in Miami or how the city has an uneducated or undesireable presense . It's not entirely wrong to point at some of the problems of any city . I just feel this is off topic to a thread about one specific accident .
