Wheel options for agate gray c2s

Hoping for input and pics on wheel selections -aftermarket or porsche- for anyone with agate gray 991. Can't decide if matte black is too dark for the exterior color and haven't found enough pics of various options with agate gray to make up my mind. Originally going with hre ff01 in black but waffling.
Currently have Carrera classic wheels which are nice but rather plain.

I've been debating the same thing. I think matte or semi gloss black would look great with agate.

The factory platinum color looks fantastic IMO. I wish mine were that color...so much so that I will be changing the color on them very, very soon! Going to try to match that platinum look. Maybe anthracite or something along those lines.

I have slate grey metallic which is similar, and from my experience the best colors are, GT silver or a brushed finish with tinted clear coat. Black looks awkward in my opinion.

Here are a few pictures for you to compare. Same car with 4 different wheels. This is the car I'm in the process of getting and the last picture is the current set of wheels.

I think the Titanium wheels looked best (1st pic), including the higher ride height.
Completely perfect.

Although, the black (last pic) w/ slammed ride height is nice too.
I guess I am too conservative now days.

I like the black wheels above, just not the slammed look.

Here's a shot a mine with wheels painted the body color from the factory.

very nice! changes the look of the carrera classic wheel. if i may ask, any issues with chipping after painting. Also, are you aware of any place in mass that would paint wheels similar to factory?

Looks Great!
Now I wish I got Agate Gray....

Nice on the painted reflectors also.
I do think the Titanium Wheels would look just as good too though.

Hi Rob,

Zero chipping on the wheels, had 7K on them before switching to my winter setup. Mine were done at the factory. Although I don't know anyone who can paint them locally I would refer you to Rick at Unique Auto. He has many contacts and his work speaks for itself. He may know someone. Best of luck.
