I've been watching the weather channel . I do remember snow but after living in South Florida for over 30 years I can barely recall when I last saw it . I don't even have winter clothes . Corection --I do have the Florida version of winter clothes .

It's too bad that the TV doesn't show my favorite types of snow images . Most of the footage shows a city setting . My favorite recollection is opening the front door and seeing a white blanket . It's the image of the snow before it gets tampered with . To me that's when it's quiet and peaceful looking .

I realize many here didn't get to drive today but perhaps the snow day presents a time to just pause, relax , and do absolutely nothing . Enjoy it !!!

Pray for more snow and colder temps in Green Bay and Philly, so both 49'ers and Saints lose. Sunny and 45F in Seattle today, lower limit on topless motoring.

I felt exactly that way... for about a day. Next day the temp fell to 12, and when I opened the door, it was still there. This morning its 10, and yup, it is still there.

Just put the trickle charger on the car. Looking for another one for me...

I'm feeling a bit chilly too...

It dipped into the mid 60s last night in California.. might need to put on a light jacket.....
