I have a couple of the same creaks. The dash, passenger door and sunroof. Mine just came back for the sunroof fix, they had to replace the sunroof rails. It's not uncommon according to the dealer I got to. For the most part the car has been phenomenal.

 

Anything weight critical has parts that feel flimsy, creaks, rattles, etc. The are trying to shed pounds everywhere they can. My 991, to me, is built like my airplane, the frame is solid but everything else is paper thin for performance.
