My 2-Month 991 Build Pictures - 90% Completed!

Hi everyone...just wanted to share some pictures of my car. I turned in my M3 lease in December and picked up one of my dream cars (the one all of you have haha). The 991 is definitely a fun car to drive. Besides the squeeky brakes (even at 2,500 miles) I have no complaints about it as a daily driver. Car is comfortable and practical enough for me to commute to/from work every day. I have to admit, I do miss the 6 speed at times though transitioning over to PDK.

Here's a picture of the M3 in its prime:

Day of pick-up

Wheels / Tint / H&R Springs installed:

Vorsteiner Aero Parts installed and how it currently sits:

Thanks for looking! I have an exhaust and deck lid spoiler on the way so I'll update the thread once those arrive!

Update:

Got the Fabspeed x-pipe installed, as well as the rear deck lid from Vorsteiner!

Here's a short clip of my car with the x-pipe:

Two crappy pics of the decklid spoiler. I just did a photoshoot so will update with more pics as soon as I have them:

Thanks for sharing! Looks awesome. Question : did you wrap the roof? or are my eyes playing tricks on me and you just have the glass panel?

Thanks!

Nicely done! I'm loving the wheels. I was deciding between the M3 and 981 Boxster S, and chose the 981 which then led me to my 991 C4!

Thanks! I opted for the glass sunroof. I should have closed it during the motion shots since it makes the lines of the car all weird.

Thanks! I was in the same boat...almost jumped on the Boxster Cayman S and couldn't say no to the lease deal they were offering me for the C2 instead!

Car looks awesome. I'm also envious of your CLEAN white car and the lack of snow/ ice/ slush on the ground. I think it all should melt within the next two months . . .

Car is beautiful! Welcome to the white 911 club in LA.

Can you comment on the ride quality change after installing the springs? I've been considering them for a while, but I really love the comfortable ride of my stock 991S.

Hopefully so! Enjoying our cars year 'round is definitely a good thing in Cali!

Thanks! I don't see a lot of 991's in my area...hopefully to meet some of you guys soon!

Regarding the springs, in all honesty, I wish the ride was a bit better. I'm using the same OE tires on my aftermarket wheels and it's definitely harsher. I love the look though. It's pretty slammed and the look definitely compliments everything else on my car.

Looks great! Congratulations.

Wheels are a nice choice. Did you go with gold hardware on the 2-piece?

I think I saw your car in some of the shots from TAG's grand opening... was that you? They are good guys over there. I dealt with them (Alex) when I bought my ADV1's for my car.

Thanks! Surprisingly, the tips aren't that much larger than the stock tips. It's definitely a lot nicer though and you can also adjust it a bit to stick further in/out.

Yup, that was me at the event! I just saw some pics from Tag and here's one of them they took of my car. I did opt for the gold titanium hardware, as well. Definitely a nice touch to the wheels!

Any pics of your car with ADV1's?
