An active member here. Looks like he is getting the issue resolved as we speak. Should hear back from him once everything is settled.

 

He deserves a replacement car from Porsche. And a few heads should definitely roll in the Customer Relations Department.

 

I'm very surprised that hasn't happened, but I'm confident if he makes a good case to an arbitrator they will buy it back.

So sad that he had to go through all of that, porsche should have been more proactive in resolving the problems. I have enjoyed his videos and am very interested in the resolution. Really hope he gets a new car, I don't believe that one is worth keeping.

 

I have recently had similar problems with a bmw m3 but it was a lease so the car is going back this month. I switched to porsche to avoid situations and companies that ignore their customers problems thinking porsche would be different. I'm now having second thoughts before I even pick up my car! I hope they do something for him. By something I mean take the car back and ask him if he would like another or just his money back in full!

 

It's a lemon. File the paperwork and dump it ASAP. Get a new one.
