Rattle

I have the most annoying rattle coming somewhere from the front passenger side of the car. I can't figure out if it comes from the dash or from outside but it drives me absolutely nut. Did anyone ever deal with a similar rattle and successfully fixed it? My car is at the dealership for a few days now and they can't seem to find a solution they said they sent a report to Porsche to see if they had any fix but it didn't sound like they were optimistic.
Here is a link to the video I made and posted on YouTube.

check outside of the firewall. There are things out there on many cars that can make horrid sounds inside the cabin. The techs do a full rattle-hunt, but come up empty. Then they find an AC line that is rubbing on the outside of the firewall.

Look under the plastic fairings by the wipers, and under the carpet inside...

I have the same deal... goes away when the temps fall to 40s, comes back when it is above 50 and worse when it is hot. Had a dealer look at it once, but it is still there. Will take to the dealer again when the weather improves a bit more.

Just got a phone call from the service department and it seems it was just a suspension problem that needed some tightening. I'm picking up the car today and will let you know if the rattle is effectively gone and provide more details on the exact issue and fix.

Did they happen to tell you exactly what it was or did you get some generic explanation?

I got the car back and the rattle is gone :-)
Here is the detailed explanation as given by the service department: "check doc repository, remove wiper cowl to eliminate possible noise from cowl, check front suspension, tighten all suspension bolts and subframe, found right side body strut creaking noises over bumps, remove strut insulate and reassemble"
Thanks for the inputs guys.

Nice!! I just had a window regulator replaced that was rattling and it feels so good to have your car without any strange noises (via 6SpeedOnline iOS)
