does195 is infamous around these parts
Friend of none owned a Lambo. $25K discounted for the parts for a clutch replacement. $15K labor. Worst part is they recommend replacing it every 5000 kilometers.

Getting back into the Porsche after owning the Aston Martin and Ferrari was an interesting experience for me. I remember thinking Porsche services and parts were expensive a few years back, yet a few years of ownership of real exotics put it into perspective!

Annual service on my Aston Martin was close to $2k and my F430 threw a $70k bill the day I bought it, not to mention the next service including suspension bushings and a couple of other bits was going to be well north of $10k.

Porsche's are expensive cars but in comparison, they're very inexpensive to run for such a high performance/high end car.

Not bad huh? Even Porsche has some deals out there periodically!

While the point of the article is appreciated, the cars referenced are not mass produced cars like the 991 - not even remotely in the same league.
However, I'm sure the 918 will be more inline with these absurd maintenance costs, to go along with its $63,000 paint job and $26,000 seats. (Excl Taxes.)
