maybe California dealers of German vehicles will be more willing to deal on their more prestigious / expensive models now

Thanks for the lead sf911c2, I just finalized the paperwork on the Guards Red 911 C2S Demo @ Aristocrat Porsche KS. Dan worked out an amazing deal on the car, planning to pick it up next week and drive back to Dallas. They assured me it was not a PCNA demo car, it was a new car that was driven only by the GM.

My only concern is the color, I have never owned a Red car.

PFS has some great incentives on the leftover 14's. Great time to pick one up if you are in the market. You should easily get 10% off and more if you shop around.

I leased my 2014 C2. When I test drove it, it had 60 miles on it. I put 12 miles on the test drive. When I picked it up it had 89 miles on it. After taking delivery & about 3 weeks later, I received a letter from PCNA. They extended my warranty for one year. So now, my warranty is 5 years and 100k miles. They classified the car a demonstrator.

I am curious what the MF and residual looked like on the lease since it was considered a demo. Were you able to still get new vehicle lease factors?

I leased in April 14. The MF was very competitive. I don't recall the factor as I tossed all my worksheets. The msrp was 108k residual 73k 27 months, no $ down. I approach the lease transaction a bit differently than most. I prefer to convert the transaction to a straight loan arriving at an implicit interest rate. I find this a better tool to compare deals and evaluate the transaction. The whole MF concept was designed to confuse & trick buyers.
