Upgraded my Nexus 5 to Android 5.0 a few weeks ago and I've been having no luck with PCM. Call volumes are ridiculously low, the car doesn't notify me of text messages unless I actually open the "Messages" screen (at which point it will show the message, but still no notification/icon), etc.

Just a bunch of overall issues. I'm wondering if anyone else has run into these, or knows of a fix.

Simple solution: iOS

 

May be a bust in 5.0. I don't have it yet so I can't say. There is a 5.01 out that may come to you since you are on a Nexus. They are also coming with 5.1 very quickly (February?) to fix quite a few other things.

 

I need a solution, Fester. Not a downgrade.


5.01 was just pushed to me OTA, but I'm rooted and will probably wait for CM12 or Xposed anyway. I'll give it a shot and see how it works out.
