Car is a CPO with 17k miles on it. Clean Carfax for what its worth. Car started priced at $87k (3months ago) , now at $83k. I offered $77k and they agreed amazingly. Hows this deal? Was going to get a fully loaded M3 but the CPO makes this intriguing. Thanks for any input.

I think it is a fair deal.
If you wait a few months and they still has it, you maybe able to get it for $75k.
But the danger is that the dealer may offload the car to whole sale, so you won't see it anymore and you can't get CPO if it is from other used car dealer.

I think the price reflects the mileage. I think if you spend a bit more (say the 83k) you could get a car with significantly lower miles with with just as many if not more options. No regrets. It's a good chunk of money make sure you get what you want. Good luck and post pics of whatever you finally find!
It might be hard to match the 77k price you have but I think you can still find a CPO car for 85kish and maybe a little less with some negotiating.
For what it is worth. In September of 2013 I almost bought a 2012 911 s (not CPOd) with 5k miles for 84k (~127k sticker).
Good luck sir!

I agree, 17K miles is hardly any, $77K seems like a fair deal especially with CPO warranty. Since you already made an offer, you can't make another lower offer, asked if they will do the 20K miles service. What's the VIN?
based on my recent purchase of a 2013 S Cab with 11,500 miles that seems to be a reasonable price to me ... hopefully since the original post was 5 days ago -- you have done something by now and are either looking at a different car or are out enjoying the heck out of this one
