That's exactly what i did! My previous photo was not very good but here is a better photo of the lip from Suncoast.

And done...the tech had to go and get the center cover but damn!!! She looks good!!!

Am thinking of getting HR springs to lower it an inch in front and rear.

Any guys out there with experience let me know your thoughts.

Ok...got some problems.

Body shop saids the bumper I purchased will only have the inlets work with the front mount radiator option for the center cover because the center cover that came with it does not have mounts on the sides of it to secure the air inlets.

So right now there is a huge open hole in the center mount.

Is there a way to cover this up?

I am assuming this is a Porsche aero kit part. If so you have 2 choices. I am assuming you don't have a 3rd radiator. If you want mesh inserts in the center hole you need to purchase a part (Suncoast has them) that attaches to the backside of the center hole reducing the size and your mesh grill attaches to it. If not the bumper should have come with a black plastic insert that fits into the hole and closes it but you cannot put a mesh insert. You may have purchased a bumper specific to a third radiator car. If so you just need to either buy the extender or the black solid piece.
I do not have a 3rd radiator. I could have put the extender piece and added the mesh grill but chose to go with the solid black insert because I did not want air coming in the front where there was no radiator.
This is an easy fix, call Suncoast or Sunset.

Thank you so much.

This is good advise.

Would you happen to know the part name I could mention to suncoast to order the part specifically?

I bought the extender and then returned it and went with just the black insert. Without a 3rd radiator I didn't want air rushing in the front of the car for no reason. Just means you won't have mesh in the center. sent a pic of mine.

Talk to Ryan at Suncoast he will know what part you need based on whether you have or don't have 3rd radiator.

So do the air inlets get removed if you use the covered center piece?

I am assuming you do not have a center radiator. I can't tell from the pics.

If you have the center radiator then you need to buy the part that attaches to the back of the bumper unless you already have it as part of the kit. It is called the "center radiator retaining frame". This is attached to the backside of the bumper and it directs airflow to the center radiator. Your mesh attaches to the backside of that.

If you don't have a center radiator you will most likely want to add the black center plastic insert and no mesh. It depends on your set up.

You can put the center retaining ring and the mesh on anyway but without a radiator you have air coming in the center of your bumper for no reason.

I hope I'm being clear.

Well that was the most unnecessary back and forth I've ever endured. Body shop had no idea that the center piece they chose to put in was the incorrect one. I drove back and forth from two separate Porsche dealerships to confirm with them that they put in the wrong one. They kept telling me that the other center piece wouldn't fit. Finally went to a Porsche tech at Tysons who had experience with the aero kit and he simply told me I needed to switch them out and that the inlet pieces needed a little finagling to get in. Armed with the new info I brought it back to the body shop and waited until they confirmed Porsche was right. They switched out the right piece for free and reimbursed me for all of my uber rides and deducted $100 for my troubles. At least they have good customer upkeep! At the detailers getting her a fresh bath and wax as the next ten days in the DMV call for clear skies! I'll see all the DMV locals at the Ferrari in Sterling tomorrow! Why doesn't Porsche throw one?
