2018 Carrera S, so I can change the boost gauge to BAR, but once the car is shut off and restart, it goes back to PSI. How to I set it to BAR, to remain BAR even after restart?

Also, when the car starts up, the air conditioning starts, temp set to 70, and fan blowing. How do I change this setting?

After you did your settings, did you save it? It should be the save function on the driver side door by the door lever. You also need to save it to your key fob.
