'97 Targa 993 values? problems?

'97 Targa 993 values? problems?
I am looking at a '97 993 Targa with 34k miles. any concerns or points I should consider about this car over another 993 coupe or cabriolet? what would a fair price be for a 1 owner car?

Make sure the whole top works including the sun shade. Make sure the 30k service was done.
If it's in great shape & looks like a 30kmi car, I would say $32-38.

IMHO a low mileage Targa well-maintained would be a steal in the low 30's and probably worth low 40's if the right color,
tasteful mods and excellent PPI to the right person.
Make sure the roof opens and closes properly and doesn't leak water since they are $$ to repair. Other than that it is like any other Porsche.
