97 Carrera S - engine bay elect. cover removal

97 Carrera S - engine bay elect. cover removal
I have struggled way to long and obviously am missing a trick (or hidden clip?) in trying to remove the black plastic electric panel cover on the RIGHT side of the engine bay just in front of the oil fill pipe. Can anyone help? Thank you!
