Darren:

Nice find. Still not real fond of the looks of the car. Really like our cars much better.

5.0, but it does seem like Porsche's numbers are always conservative. Perhaps this one is really a 4.5 range. That would be pretty enticing even if you didn't like the looks or the interior.

For what it is worth, my 04 with 5 spoke lightweights ran about 4.7 on the G-Tech. Don't know how accurate the T-Tech is, but my turbo only ran a 4.1X or so on the G-Tech for comparison purposes.

I don't want to bash anyone so, I really just wanted you to know at least a little of what happened. In actuallity I kept all my emails and logs of calls because of the bad rep that is out there for this place. I was warned and given detailed accounts of bad service but, didn't listen. Oh well, very nice people just not the way I do business. Thanks buddy, just wanted to clrify some things I had been hearing from my end which were completely baseless. Tell our friend my phone numbers and email address are still the same from the one he had for the last 2-3 months, still waiting...........

This is starting to feel like the Cayenne all over again. Looks not good but wait until you feel it and drive it. The only thing that even sounds interesting is active suspension, but I'll bet the sport setting is still not like a lowered PSS-9 and I would change it anyway. But really, I wish I didn't have to drive something to get myself to like it. Is it wrong to want both? Plus, how is a 997 going to feel better than a modded 996TT? Feeling let down, but glad to have had a 996TT when it was new and now still better than ever.

Looks are alright to me on the outside, seems like something that can grow on you. The interior however is dead wrong for the car, as everyone else has stated. Maybe the 998 interior will be closer to the Carrera GT. The spy shots I've seen of the new generation Boxster had the Carrera GT style headlights...
