Disappointement - 04 TT with Evo Programming

Stage 2. Factory exhaust and turbos. EVO flash, intake, DV and LWFW.

Runs amazing above 2k rpm's. Below about 2200, it sputters, spits and is genuinely pist off. Any ideas?

Lately it has been idling sporadic. Fine for a few seconds, then starts moving up and down. Between maybe 800 and 1400 rpms. But, not always. Sometimes just fine.

Spark plugs are new.

I will check for loose hoses.

Where is the MAF located?

Give Mike a call. Considering it started happening recently he can trouble shoot it and get you sorted.

MAF is located on the left of the engine compartment on the air intake just after the air filter. You will need a "security" torque driver to remove the 2 screws and then just unclip the electrical harness and pull it straight up. Spray it with electrical cleaner, let dry and reinstall.

good luck.

I prolly wouldn't flash a car with a stock, highly restrictive, exhaust.
