I flew from Houston to Philly PA to pick up the car myself, even after a PPI clean bill of health. I drove it home 1800 miles.......lets face it, these aren't Ferraris......you can actually drive them

One example, the PPI didn't detect this, but the cruise control was broken. Because I picked it up and started driving right away, I discovered it and the dealer paid to fix it because I called him right away. I also negotiated the price down another $500 because of a small scratch on the passenger door. That more than paid for the flight plus the two night hotel bill.

The hookers were another story though....

sorry to hear about your luck but I realized long ago these cars are meant to be driven and they are going to get chips, scratches, and whatever else is just a chance to upgrade! Look at the bright side, these cars are just as fast with chips in the front of them!

Believe me..if I had the time I would have flew down to check it. That is why I had Mckenna Porsche do the PPI and I assume cosmetics flaws like this would have been mentioned by them.

Emailed and called sports trend, the sales rep is not responding. I will call the manager over there tomorrow and see if I can get a hold of him. In addition, I also emailed Mckenna but have not got a respond yet.

Does anyone know where can I get a driver's side a/c vent online? Besides that, I also need the silver trim along the shift boot. Thanks.

Big difference though Martin, Your machine was advertised on the 6, and half the gang was after it when you put the money up first... We all knew what you was purchasing and as a Board sponsor they stood behind the machine...

Leather can be fixed.....

Stone chips can be fixed. ....

It stinks, but take it on the chin and enjoy the car. In some ways, it may let you drive it more and have less stress about the car.

(just trying to make you feel better....you have enough bad feelings on the car...the car did not screw you, the sellers did...so help the car out, make here better/perfect/whatever and go for a fun drive!)

Best of luck.

Sorry about your troubles, but buying a car without seeing it is a mistake. You didn't ask the right questions about the condition of the car, and left it to a third party (Mckenna) to decide if the car was good enough for you. At this point, I'm afraid your SOL. Take it as a lesson, cut your losses and move on.

Likr the poster above mentioned, make the best of it. Fix it up and enjoy it.
