How SILL..Y.........Gemballa Sills actually!!

Well, SILLS actually...........

I just finished installing my latest modification!! These are the Gemballa carbon fiber door sills and WOW are they beauties!!! I can honestly say they are flawless!! I have been very happy with the quality of Gemballa components and Heinz (Gemballa USA representative) is a great guy to deal with.

The original plastic Turbo script sills were a PITA to remove. If that wasn't enough, the foam backing and adhesive from the factory double sided tape was a bigger pain!!

Well, a little 3M Adhesive remover and elbow grease got the sills cleaned up nicely in preparation for the new ones.

I think the lettering pulls things together nicely, and of course it matches the rear wing and rockers...

Here is the picture........

Wow Mr.Ken. your car is officially the hottest car in America. I love the whole black and red look. I dont think you should change your guages....keep the car black and red---the only thing thats not flowing are the buttons on your alpine player....also look at the focal F...they all match.

Is that a new steering wheel? That sure is perty one

Perhaps you should get some floor mats with red porsche lettering and a red border? just a thought

Also, we should organize a group buy for a full carbon fiber package...i see you are lacking carbon fiber vents, door assembly, rear center console.

Great car

Dave, Tony, Ron and Pistol,
Thanks for the compliments!

I would really like to get the cf vents, the cf gage surround, the cf dash strips, the cf armrests, the cf horseshoe and maybe a console. I would be very interested in a group buy. Anyone??
I thought that was going to be my last mod, however, I have one definite and maybe a second BIG mod coming very soon. Stay tuned.................

Ken,
the sills look awesome. Man your car is always looking better. Always tastefully done. By the way, the steering wheel looks hot as well.

Ron,
Thanks. I have to admit, I had a 320mm wheel on my 944 turbo and I missed it for quite some time. It is really wonderful driving this thing with the TA 320mm wheel! The experience of sitting in the GT3 seats, TA wheel in one hand and the B&M+TA short shift equipped shifter in the other is engaging each and every time!! Add to that the howl of the Europipe at WOT and you have a sensory overload that is without equal.

Love the way the red on the sill sets off your interior accents.

Nice job and beautiful interior!
