New Codes

Hey all

I was out driving my car today and I went WOT in 2nd and 3rd and I could here some loud ticking sounds (hard to describe the sound) towards 5500 - 6600 rpms. The car drove fine and pulled hard. No CELS.

This got me curious and when I got home I hooked up the duremetric and got:

P0420
Factory Fault Code 40 - TWC conversion, Bank 1



P0430
Factory Fault Code 45 - TWC conversion, Bank 2


Any ideas?

I had catless exhaust.....no codes but had bungs to raise the o2 sensors out of the exhaust

I did a search here and it seems like the codes are related to the exhaust
. but the sound bothers me. I hope its not detonation

what boost were u running?
the cracking/ping type noise is detonation.. check ur plastic coolant to see if u have any junk in there.... like copper residue... and or discoloration..... ( just in case).

what is race fuel? 100, 104, 110, C16?

did the car jerk between 5500 and 6500? if so its plugs...

u should do the same thing on low boost....

also, if the car leans out it will do funky stuff... get a afr meter on it...

I have 101 in there right now. The car did not jerk and I had a plug issue before and it doesnt feel like that.
